ShootProof acquires Design Aglow, a provider of customizable photo products
Shootproof, a leader in online gallery software for pros and semi-pros, expands its value proposition with the addition of wholesale photography products and sales tools from Design Aglow, an e-commerce platform offering custom wholesale print products and sales tools to photographers. This is the third acquisition made by ShootProof following its partnership with Providence Strategic Growth. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Earlier this year, ShootProof purchased Cole’s Classroom and Táve, a SaaS company offering platforms for managing creative event-based businesses.
“With a focus on helping photographers build better businesses with printed products and best-in-class marketing and sales tools, Design Aglow is a trusted resource for savvy photographers,” says ShootProof CEO Colin Breece. “Their highly complementary set of print and digital products focused on professional and semi-professional photographers will add value to ShootProof’s services and add tremendous value for photographers across all aspects and stages of their business.”
Hundreds of thousands of photographers have leveraged Design Aglow’s extensive catalog of custom photo products and high-level business-building tools to launch, to build, and to grow their brands, the company said. Since their inception, Design Aglow has earned a strong reputation for its albums, packaging, and framed prints and robust library of business tools and templates. Design Aglow will continue to use the Design Aglow brand and operate as part of the ShootProof family of brands.
“Elevating photographers’ success is our business,” says Design Aglow founder Lena Hyde. “Design Aglow and ShootProof share a vision of helping photographers build sustainable businesses that deliver high-quality experiences to their clients and to the world.”
